摘    要:目的 探讨子宫内膜癌组织中中期因子(MK)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,为子宫内膜癌的化学防治提供实验依据.方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测49例子宫内膜癌和30例正常子宫内膜组织中MK和VEGF蛋的表达,并结合临床病理参数进行分析.结果 子宫内膜癌组织中MK和VEGF蛋白的表达均明显高于正常子宫内膜,MK蛋白的高表达与子宫内膜癌的临床分期及组织学分级相关性显著(r=1.55,P〈0.01;r=1.11,P〈0.05),MK与VEGF 蛋白表达阳性者VEGF明显高于阴性者,二者呈正相关(r=1.76,P〈0.05).结论 MK蛋白过表达可能参与了子宫内膜癌的发生发展,并与VEGF相关.

Expression and significance of midkine and vascular endothelial growth factor in endometrial carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of midkine (MK) protein and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in endometrial carcinoma in order to provide experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expressions of MK and VEGF protein in the samples from 49 patients and 30 healthy subjects were examined by immunohistoehemistry. Results The expression of MK and VEGF in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects( r = 1.55, P 〈0.01 ; r = 1.11, P 〈0.05). The overexpression of MK protein was related to FIGO staging and differentiation degree. The mierovessel density in the patients with positive expression of MK and VEGF was significantly higher that the patients with negative expression of MK and VEGF, and there was a positive correlation between them( r = 1.76, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of MK protein may play an important role in the development of endometrial carcinoma, which is closely related with tumor neovascularization.
