脑栓通的抗脑水肿及脑缺氧作用

摘    要:目的 :研究脑栓通的抗脑水肿及脑缺氧作用。方法 :①取大鼠随机分为假手术组、缺血组及给药组 ,制备脑水肿模型 ,后断头取脑、取血。右侧大脑按干—温重法测脑含水量 ;左侧大脑制匀浆 (10 % ) ,离心测脑组织中SOD ,分离血清 ,测定一氧化氮量。②把小鼠 40只分为对照组及给药组 ,各组 10只小鼠断头后观察张口喘气停止时间 ,两组剩余各 10只小鼠装入盛有 5g钠石灰的广口瓶中 ,密封 ,观察小瓶内小鼠的存活时间。结果 :脑栓通能改善脑水肿 ,与缺血组对比P <0 0 5 ;能提高脑组织SOD含量 ,与缺血组对比P <0 0 1;能降低血清中NO量 ,P <0 0 0 1。结论 :以上数据说明脑栓通能改善脑水肿 ,增加脑神经细胞的耐缺氧能力。

Abstract:Objective To study the resistant function of Naoshuantong on cerebral oedema and cerebral oxygen_deficiency. Methods To divide the rats into quasy_operation group, blood_deficiency group and medicine_supply group, and make model of cerebral oedema, then to cut the head to get brain and blood. To test the cerebral!water content of the right brain and make even brains of the left. To test SOD in cerebral tissues and to separate blood serum to test the content of nitrogen monoxide(NO). To divide 40 rats into contral group and modecine_supply group each ten in the two groups were cut down the head and observed the stopping time of deep breath. Therest 10 in the two groups were put into the bottle of 5g sodium lime. sealed the bottle to observe the survival time of the rats. Results Naoshuantong can improve cerebral oedema (compared to the blood_deficiency group, P <0.05) and SOD content in covebral tissues (compared with blood_deficiency group, P <0.05) and decrease the content of NO in serum ( P <0.001) conclusionsThe data above showect that Naoshuantong can improve cerebral oedema and increase oxggen_deficiency resistant ability of cerebral nervous cells.
