12导动态心电图与常规心电图ST-T参数差异的研究

目的探讨12导动态心电图与常规心电图ST-T的差别，为12导动态心电图（AECG）ST-T的诊断标准提供依据。方法检测对象共600人用常规心电图（RECG）的连接方式和12导动态心电图的连接方式分别描记心电图，然后比较两种连接方式心电图ST-T的差别。结果两种导联联接方式，ST段正常或改变基本一致的555例，一致率为92．5％，但AECG的sT改变较RECG显著；T波正常或改变基本一致的561例，一致率为94．8％；Q-Tc间期：两种连接方式均在正常范围内586例，一致率为97．5％。结论（1）两种联接方式，虽然sT段的一致率为92．5％，但AECG的ST改变较RECG显著，所以AECG的sT诊断标准应比RECG的sT诊断标准更为严格；（2）两种联接方式T波的一致率为94-8％差别较ST段小。在分析12导联AECGT波时，可适当考虑这一情况；（3）两种联接方式Q—Tc间期一致率为97．5％，可考虑使用同一诊断标准。

Research on the Difference of ST-T Parameters between12-lead Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Routine Electrocardiogram
