| 摘 要： | 目的为了评估乙肝疫苗预防乙肝相关疾病肝移植后乙肝复发的效果.方法肝移植后病人在拉米夫定和乙肝免疫球蛋白治疗24个月后,停用乙肝免疫球蛋白2个月,分别在第0,1,2,6个月时肌接种基因重组疫苗,每次20μg.接种第2,6个月时检测血清抗-HBs水平.如不能达到10 IU/L,再行一轮接种.结果接种后患者反应率为56%(5/9).结论结果表明乙肝预苗可以有效地诱导机体产生乙肝抗体,但其确切效果尚需进一步研究证实.

| Abstract: | Objective:This strategy is now evaluating the effect of hepatitis B vaccines for avoiding HBV recurrence in patients who undergo transplantation for hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related diseases.Meth-ods:The patients after liver transplantation treated with HBIg and lavmifodin for at least24months were administrated HBV vaccine(20ugadministered intramuscularly at months0,1,2,and6)2months after ad-ministration of the last HBIg dose.They were administrated HBV vaccine another round if they did not reach an antibody titer against hepatitis B surface antigen(anti-HBs)greater than10IU/L at6months.Results:The response rate of HBV vaccination was56%(5/9patients).Conclusions:These results suggest that vac-cine administration a dministration after liver transplant may develop anti-HBsAg antibodies,yet futher studies are necessary to define the result. |
