香烟烟雾暴露及戒烟对小鼠肺部炎性反应与肺功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨香烟烟雾暴露及戒烟小鼠肺部炎性反应与肺功能的影响。方法将84只小鼠随机分为正常组、熏烟2个月组、熏烟4个月组、熏烟6个月组,熏烟2个月戒烟2个月组、熏烟4个月戒烟2个月组、熏烟6个月戒烟2个月组,每组12只。酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测小鼠血清中 IL-4的含量,肺功能的测定用美国 Buxco 公司的无创肺功能仪。结果与正常组相比,熏烟4个月组、熏烟6个月组 IL-4表达增多,熏烟6个月戒烟2个月组 IL-4表达减少,与熏烟6个月相比,熏烟2个月戒烟2个月组、熏烟4个月戒烟2个月组、熏烟6个月戒烟2个月组 IL-4表达均减少;与正常组相比,熏烟2个月,熏烟4个月,熏烟6个月的 Penh 值明显升高(P <0.05),与正常组相比,熏烟2个月戒烟2个月,熏烟6个月戒烟2个月组的 Penh 值差异无统计学意义,仅熏烟4个月戒烟2个月组 Penh 较高(P <0.05)。结论烟雾暴露可影响肺炎性因子 IL-4的表达,降低肺功能,戒烟后上述作用有所恢复。

Influence of smoking exposure on pulmonary inflammation and lung function of mices
Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of smoking exposure and smoking cessation on pulmonary inflammation and lung function of mices.Methods Eighty-four mice were randomly divided into the normal group,the smoke exposure two month group,the smoke exposure four month group,the smoke exposure six month group,the smoke exposure two month and cessation two month group,the smoke exposure four month and cessation two month group,the smoke exposure six month and cessation two month group,there were twelve mices in each group.The expression levels of IL-4 and the lung function were detected by enzyme-linked immunosor bent assay and Buxco Rats whole-body plethysmogragp (WBP) system respectively.Results Compared with the normal group,the expression of IL-4 in the smoke exposure four month group and the smoke exposure six month group decreased,compared with the smoke exposure six month group,the expression of IL-4 in the smoke exposure two month and cessation two month group,the smoke exposure four month and cessation two month group,the smoke exposure six month and cessation two month group decreased.Compared with the normal group,the Penh in the smoke exposure four month and cessation two month group increased.Conclusions Smoking exposure could affect the expression of IL-4 in the lungs of mice and inhibit the lung function in mice,which was recovered to some extent after smoking cessation.
