TRPC 通道蛋白在呼吸系统的研究进展

瞬时感受器电位离子通道蛋白(transient receptor potential ion channel protein,TRP)是发现存在于细胞膜或胞内细胞器膜上的一类非选择性 Ca2+离子通道蛋白。在 TRP 家族中,经典瞬时感受器电位通道(canonical transient receptor potential channel,TRPC)被认为是参与细胞众多生理功能的重要通道蛋白。TRPC 作为主要的 Ca2+内流通道,参与多种生理、病理过程,是目前研究最多、最热点的 TRP 家族成员。本文就 TRPC 在呼吸系统的表达、病理生理机制、调控及临床应用作一综述。

Research progress of TRPC channel protein in the respiratory system

Transient receptor potential ion channels protein(TRP) is a kind of non-selective Ca2+channels protein on the cell membrane or organelles membrane.In the TRP family,canonical transient receptor potential channel (TRPC) are involved in many important physiological process.As the important Ca2+ channels,TRPC participate in a variety of physiological and pathological process,is one of the most studied and most hot TRP family members.This review will focus on the expression, pathophysiological mechanism,regulation and clinical application of TRPC in the respiratory system.
