不同性别及年龄的骨质疏松和骨折患者血清骨标志物水平

目的了解不同性别及年龄的骨质疏松和骨折患者的血清骨标志物水平。方法将确诊的骨质疏松和各种骨折患者分2组进行研究,其中骨质疏松组98例,骨折组102例。检测患者5项骨标志物,将检测结果在2组进行比较和分析。结果骨质疏松组的总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端前肽(tP1NP)和N-端骨钙素(N-OC)水平是女性明显高于男性(P0.05),总维生素D(Vit-D)水平是男性明显高于女性(P0.05);骨折组的tP1NP水平是女性明显高于男性(P0.05);骨质疏松组男性和女性中70岁者Vit-D水平均明显低于≤70岁者(P0.05);2组不同年龄段比较,骨质疏松组的Vit-D水平在男性和女性均明显低于骨折组(P0.05)。结论在骨质疏松和骨折患者中血清骨标志物水平均有一些变化,而且随性别和年龄的不同其变化也不尽相同,这些变化在骨质疏松患者中更为明显。

Serum levels of bone markers in different sex and age for patients of osteoporosis and fracture

Objective To understand the serum levels of bone markers in the different sex and age for patients with osteoporosis and fracture .Methods The patients diagnosed with osteoporosis and fracture were divided into 2 groups respectively .The osteopo‐rosis group included 98 cases and the fracture group included 102 cases .The 5 items of bone marker were determined in patients . The determined results were compared and analyzed in two groups .Results The levels of total procollagen type Ⅰ N‐terminal propeptide (tP1NP) and osteocalcin (N‐OC) in the female apparently were higher than the male (P<0 .05) and the levels of total vitamin D (Vit‐D) in the male were apparently higher than the female (P<0 .05) in the osteoporosis group .The tP1NP levels of the female were apparently higher than the male in fracture group(P<0 .05) .The Vit‐D levels of male and female in >70 years ap‐parently were lower than ≤70 years (P<0 .05) for in osteoporosis group .The Vit‐D levels of male and female in the osteoporosis group were apparently lower than the fracture group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The serum levels of bone markers in patients of osteo‐porosis and fracture all have some alterations and the alterations are not completely the same in groups of different sex and age and the alterations in patients of osteoporosis are more obvious .
