摘    要:目的:获得正常健康人群肺部听诊结果分布情况。方法用专用肺部听诊设备对1896名健康成人行肺部听诊并录音,由呼吸专业医师根据录音判断肺部听诊情况。肺部听诊采集录取肺部喉部、左上、右上、左中、右中、左下、右下、左后、右后9个部位肺音。统计分析各部位啰音分布百分比。结果符合入选条件者1450人,9个听诊部位全部正常者1014人(69.9%),至少有1个部位听诊有啰音者436人(30.06%),至少有2个部位有啰音者190人(13.10%),至少有3个部位有啰音者81人(占5.58%);出现干啰音比例由高至低依次为:左上(13.4%)、左中和左后(1.4%)、喉部和右上和左下(1.2%)、右下(1.0%)、右后(0.9%);湿啰音比例由高至低依次为:右下(6.6%)、左后(5.9%)、右中(5.8%)、左下(5.1%)、右后(2.8%)、喉部(2.1%)、右上(1.9%)、左上(0.8%);左中、右下和左后同时具有干啰音和湿啰音各2例(0.1%)。各听诊部位间听诊啰音分布及听诊部位间啰音分布情况差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论健康成人肺部啰音并非少见,其临床意义有待进一步研究。

Investigation and analysis of lung auscultation results in healthy people
Abstract:Objective To obtain the normal healthy population of lung auscultation results distribution.Methods With special lung auscultation device,we performed lung auscultation and recording in 1 896 health adult,respiratory specialist judgment the results in according to the auscultation recording of the lung.Lung auscultation acquisition admit the lung sound on nine parts of larynx,left upper,right upper,left middle,right middle,left lower,right lower,left posterior,right posterior part to statistical analysis each part of the distribution percentage of rales.Results The eligible persons were 1 450,1 014 were normal in all parts of the nine auscultation position(69.9%).There are at least 1 parts of auscultation with rales in 436 people(30.06%),at least 2 parts of rales 190(13.10%),at least 3 parts of rales(5.58%)81.The order from high to low of dry rales ratio as follows:upper left(13.4%),left middle and left posterior (1 .4%),throat,upper right and lower left (1 .2%),lower right (1 .0%),right posterior(0.9%).The proportion of crackles from high to low as follows:at the lower right(6.6%),left posterior(5.9%),right middle (5.8%),lower left (5.1%),right posterior (2.8%),throat (2.1%), upper right(1.9%),upper left(0.8%).The left middle,lower right and rear left with dry rales and wet rales in 2 cases (0.1%).The difference and distribution in the Ministry rales auscultation rales auscultation showed no significant statistical distribution between the auscultation position (P >0.05). Conclusions Rales are not rare in healthy adult pulmonary,its clinical significance needs further study.
