可溶性B7-H2及IL-6在支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清中的表达及其临床意义

目的 观察可溶性B7-H2(sB7-H2)、IL-6在支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)急性发作期患者血清中的表达差异,评价其对哮喘急性发作期严重程度判别及诊断的临床价值.方法 收集自2015年1月至2016年1月甘肃省人民医院呼吸科哮喘急性发作期患者60例作为哮喘组,其中轻度组15例、中重度组45例,同时收集体检中心健康体检者20名作为对照组.采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测各组人群血清sB7-H2表达水平,收集IL-6、嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)数及呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)等临床常用指标,分析sB7-H2及IL-6在哮喘急性发作期表达特点及与临床常用指标相关性.结果 哮喘组血清sB7-H2、IL-6水平明显高于对照组(P值均＜0.05),中重度组明显高于轻度组和对照组(P值均＜0.05),轻度组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0 05).sB7-H2与EOS(r=0.337,P＜0.01)、FeNO(r=0.651,P＜0.01)呈正相关;IL-6与EOS(r=0.286,P＜0.01)、FeNO(r=0.764,P＜0.01)均呈正相关.结论 sB7-H2及IL-6在哮喘急性发作期患者的血清表达升高,对急性发作期哮喘的诊断及严重程度鉴别有一定的临床价值.

Soluble B7 Homolog 2 and interleukin 6 in bronchial asthma patients with acute phase serum expression and its clinical significance

Objective To detect the expression of soluble B7 homolog 2 (sB7-H2) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in bronchial asthma (asthma) patients with acute phase serum differences,and to evaluate the clinical significance of its in asthma severity acute phase discrimination and diagnosis.Methods Sixty patients with asthma acute phase were collectded as asthma group,including 15 patients with mild,moderate and severe 45 cases,20 healthy volunteers as control group.The levels sB7-H2 all groups were detected by ELISA,collect the common indicators of clinical.The expression characteristics of its were and correlation with clinical common indicators.Results The sB7-H2 levels and IL-6 of asthma group were significantly higher than the control group (all P ＜ 0.05),the moderate and severe group were significantly higher than mild group and control group (all P ＜ 0.05),the mild group conpared with healthy group no obvious statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).sB7-H2 were linearly correlation with eosinophils (EOS) (r =0.337,P ＜0.01) and fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) (r =0.651,P ＜ 0.01).IL-6 were linearly correlation with EOS(r =0.286,P ＜0.01)and FeNO (r =0.764,P＜0.01).Conclusions The serum levels of sB7-H2 and IIL-6 with bronchial asthma acute phase expression increases,the diagnosis of acute episode of asthma and severity of identification has a certain clinical value.
