摘 要: | 大气细颗粒物(PM 2.5)是空气污染的主要成分,可以进入呼吸道深部,导致各种呼吸系统疾病,据研究可能与其能引起机体氧化应激、炎症反应、免疫功能失调、DNA 损伤、钙稳态失衡、神经源性炎症有关。本文就 PM 2.5对呼吸系统的损伤作用机制作一综述。

Abstract: | Fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) is the main component of air pollution,which can enter deeply into respiratory department,leading to a variety of respiratory disease.According to the researches,it may be caused by body oxidative stress,inflammatory reaction,immune dysfunction,DNA damage,calcium homeostasis imbalance,neurogenic inflammation.The article is circled on the mechanism of PM 2.5 on respiratory injury. |
