Adult onset still′s disease (AOSD) is a complex systemic rare inflammatory disorder. The main clinical manifestations include fever,arthritis and skin rash.The exact pathogenesis is still not clear.It is easy to cause the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis due to the complicated and systemic clinical symptoms.It is a exclusive diagnosis in the past,increased specificity and sensitivity in AOSD from unclear fever patients attribute to the new diagnostic criteria.In recent years,clinical biological characteristics,immunological research and cytokines targeted therapy have obtained remarkable achievements in AOSD,which bring greater hope in its research and exploration.
