便携式睡眠呼吸监测机判读与人工判读的差异性比较

目的：初步探讨便携式睡眠呼吸监测机判结果对 OSAHS 患者的诊断价值。方法以65例疑诊 OSAHS 患者为研究对象，进行整夜便携式睡眠呼吸监测(PM)，将机判与人工判读的结果进行比较。结果 PM 机判结果为鼾症10例，轻度 OSAHS 19例，中度 OSAHS 22例，重度 OSAHS 14例。机判结果与人工判读结果相比，鼾症、轻中度 OSAHS 的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)，而重度 OSAHS 的差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论 PM 机判结果与人工判读结果的差异性较大，机判结果仅对重度 OSAHS 诊断价值高，参考意义大。机判结果取代人工判读结果有待未来研究和开发新的技术以满足临床工作需要，此结论有待未来进一步大样本、多中心的研究证实。

Portable sleep apnea monitoring machine sentenced difference compared with the artificial interpretation

Objective To investigate the results of portable sleep apnea monitor machine sentence of diagnostic value in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods A total of 65 cases of suspected OSAHS were included in this study,and results of the machine sentence and manual interpretation after overnight portable sleep apnea monitoring(PM)were compared.Results The results of PM machine sentence for snoring group was 10 people,mild OSAHS group was 1 9 people, moderate OSAHS group was 22 people and severe OSAHS group was 14 people.The difference of results of the machine sentence and manual interpretation in snoring,mild and moderate OSAHS was statistically significant (P <0.05),but the difference was not statistically in severe OSAHS(P >0.05).Conclusions The difference between machine sentence and artificial interpretation of PM is great,and PM machine sentence only has a high diagnostic value in patients with severe OSAHS,with great reference value.PM machine sentence to replace artificial interpretation results to be the future research and development of new technology to meet the needs of the clinical work,and this conclusion needs to be further future large sample and multicenter studies to confirm.
