经直肠超声在诊断精囊炎中的应用价值

目的 探讨急慢性精囊炎的超声表现及经直肠超声在诊断急、慢性精囊炎中的价值。方法 急、慢性精囊炎组患者和正常对照组均进行经直肠超声检查，测量精囊短径大小和扩张腺管的内径；计算腺管扩张、射精管囊肿、钙化和精囊囊肿的发生率；记录精囊内显示的血流分支数，统计各组数据间的差异和相关性。结果 3组在精囊短径、腺管扩张、射精管钙化和精囊囊肿的发生率以及血流丰富程度均存在显著差异；扩张腺管的内径与炎症组精囊短径呈正相关。结论 精囊的短径增大、腺管扩张、射精管囊肿和钙化、精囊囊肿及内部血流增加均为精囊炎时的超声学改变；经直肠超声检查结合SonoCT和组织谐波技术（THI）是精囊炎的一种很有价值的非创伤性的影像学诊断方法。

Diagnostic Value of Trans-rectal Ultrasound in Seminal Vesiculitis

Objective To discuss the ultrasonography of acute and chronic seminal vesiculitis and analyze the value of trans-rectal ultrasound (TRUS) in the diagnosis of this kind of disease.Methods Patients with acute and chronic seminal vesiculitis and healthy subject were examined respectively by using TRUS.Short dimensions of seminal vesicles and diameters of dilated adenous ducts were measured.Incidence rates of adenous duct dilation,cyst and calcification of ejaculatory duct and seminal vesicle cyst were calculated.Branches of blood flow in seminal vesicle were recorded.The differences and correlations between these data were calculated.Results Short dimensions,incidence rates of adenous duct dilation,calcification of ejaculatory duct,seminal vesicle cyst and richness of blood flow in three groups had significant difference.Diameter of dilated adenous duct was positively correlated with short dimension of inflammatory seminal vesicle.Conclusions Enlargement of short dimension,dilation of adenous duct,cyst and calcification of ejaculatory duct,seminal vesicle cyst and richness of blood flow were changes of inflammatory seminal vesicle observed by ultrasound.TRUS together with Sono CT and tissue harmonic imaging (THI) technique is a kind of valuable and non-invasive method to diagnose acute and chronic seminal vesiculitis.
