膝关节骨挫伤的MRI表现及愈合时间的观察

目的探讨骨挫伤MRI特征及其愈合时间。方法选择32例膝关节骨挫伤的病例,通过随访1、3、6个月及12个月后观察MRI信号的改变。结果1个月后复查骨挫伤范围增大者7例,完全消失5例,缩小20例;32例骨挫伤在3个月后复查范围未见增大,完全消失14例;6~12个月完全消失7例,6例在1年后骨挫伤信号还没完全消失。结论MRI能早期诊断骨挫伤,膝关节骨挫伤的范围在短期内可以增大,完全消失部分需要1年以上时间。

Bone Contusion of the Knee Joint: MR Imaging Features and Healing Process

Objective To investigate MR imaging characteristics and healing process of bone contusion of the knee.Methods MRI appearances of bone contusions of the knee joint in 32 cases were observed in 1,3,6 and 12 months respectively by MRI.Results In the first month,the extent of bone contusion increased in 7 cases,decreased in 20 cases and disappeared completely in 5 cases.3 months later,the extent of bone contusion did not increased in all cases and disappeared completely in 14 cases.6~12 months later,the bone contusion disappeared in 7 cases,the signal intensity of bone contusion was not disappeared completely over one year.Conclusion MRI can offer early diagnosis of bone contusions of the knee.The extent of bone contusion of the knee joint may be increased in short times after injury,and disappearance completely of the bone contusion in part of patient needs more than one year later.
