| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医药内外治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法：对120例急性痛风性关节炎患者采用内服方剂拟龙胆泻肝汤加减方药煎服，疼痛局部拟中药消肿止痛膏外敷治疗。结果：临床治愈72例，显效31例，有效15例，无效2例，总有效率98．3％。结论：中医药内服外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Object:To observe the effects of the internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on acute gouty arthritis.Method:Apply the rough gentian rushing down liver soup adds or subtracts treatment to 72 patients,as well as external use of herb patch on their pain areas.Results:Complete recovery 72 cases,significant effective 31 cases,effective 15 cases,not effective 2 cases.The effective rate is 98.3%.Conclusion:The internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on acute gouty a... |
