消银颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

目的：观察消银颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法：将64例门诊确诊为寻常型银屑病患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例采用消银颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗;对照组32例采用单独消银颗粒治疗。结果：治疗组基愈率37.50%、有效率84.38%,对照组基愈率6.25%、有效率56.25%,两组基愈率（X^2=9.14,P〈0.01）及有效率（X^2=6.06,P〈0.05）比较差异均有显著性。结论：消银颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病疗效满意。

Observation of Clinical Efficency of Xiaoyin Granules and Compound Glycyrrhizin Therapy in the Treatment of PsoriasisVulgaris

Objective： Observation of the curative effect of xiaoyin granules combined with compound gtycyrrhizin on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： 64 outpatients diagnosed with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 32 cases were treated with xiaoyin granules combined with compound glycyrrhizin. The control group of 32 cases were treated with xiaoyin granules only. Results： The cure rate and improvement rate in the treatment group were 37.50% and 84. 38% ; 6. 25% and 56. 25% in the control group respectively. The differences of the cure rate （ X^2 = 9. 14, P 〈 0.01 ） and the improvement rate ： （ X^2 = 6.06, P 〈 0. 05） between the treatment and the control group were statistically significant. Conclusion ： Xiaoyin granules combined with compound glvcvrrhizin on psoriasis vulgaris was effective.
