肝星状细胞及髓源性抑制细胞在肝移植免疫耐受中的作用

摘    要:肝作为一个免疫特惠器官,不同品系间的小鼠肝移植尽管MHC不配,也能够自发耐受。肝非实质细胞如肝星状细胞通过诱导髓源性抑制细胞在肝移植免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。髓源性抑制细胞是一类调节性细胞群,最早发现于癌症患者,具有较强的免疫调节作用。阐明肝星状细胞及髓源性抑制细胞在肝移植免疫耐受中的作用机制对于临床实践中诱导供体特异的移植免疫耐受具有重大意义。
