| 摘 要： | 高血压是严重威胁人类健康的慢性疾病，也是心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素。研究表明高血压患者血压昼夜节律的改变与靶器官损害显著相关，如果血压昼夜节律消失，夜间血压持续升高，血管壁长时间处于高水平冲击，容易导致血管内皮细胞受损，促进靶器官的损伤。灸法是中医传统疗法之一，但目前有关灸法对原发性高血压患者血压昼夜节律影响的报道尚不多见，本研究通过对100例原发性高血压患者使用灸法后血压昼夜节律的变化观察，探讨灸法对高血压患者血压昼夜节律的影响。

| Abstract: | Hypertension is a chronic disease seriously threatens human health,and is an important factor in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Researches show that changes in the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients are in response to target organ damages.If the circadian rhythm of blood pressure disappears and the nocturnal rises,vascular walls will be in an overloaded condition,and vascular endothelial cells will be damaged,and then target organ damages will be worsened.Moxibustion is... |
