| 摘 要： | 目的：建立感冒安片中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,以Appollo C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）为分离柱,以甲醇-2%冰醋酸（52∶48）为流动相,326nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果：蒙花苷在（0.0249～0.3989）μg范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0.9997）,平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.03%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：to assay the content of buddleoside of Ganmao-an tablets by HPLC.Method：The Appollo C18（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm） column was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-2% acetic acid（52 ：48）,the detection wave length was 326 nm and the column temperature was room temperature.Results：Linearity of buddleoside was good at 0.0249～0.3989 μg（r=0.9997）.The average recovery of buddleoside was 97.6% with RSD less than 1.03%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be applied in determination of buddleoside in Ganmao-an tablets. |
