| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨三七总皂甙对Colles骨折的治疗作用。方法：将78例Colles骨折患者随机分为治疗组40例、对照组38例，所有均予以手法复位。治疗组予以三七总皂甙450mg溶于0．9％氯化钠注射液250m1日一次静脉滴注持续45天，其它治疗与对照组相同。对病人的疼痛、肿胀及骨折的愈合进行评估。结果：PNS能明显减轻疼痛，促进骨折愈合及功能康复，提高总有效率。结论：三七总皂甙能明显减轻肿胀、疼痛等Colles骨折症状，促进骨折愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of PNS on the fracture of the Colles.Methods:78 cases of fracture patients were randomly divided into PNS group 40 cases and control group 38 cases.All patients were performed by manipulative reduction.PNS 450mg were dissolved in 250ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection for intravenous infusion for 45 days in PNS group.The other treatments are the same as control group.The pain,swelling,and bone union were evaluated.Results:The pain were relieved,swelling were reduced,... |
