| 摘 要： | 目的：研究厚朴酚对H446细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法：MTT法测定厚朴酚对H446细胞的细胞毒作用。结果：厚朴酚可明显抑制H446细胞增殖,作用呈明显的时间和剂量依赖性。结论：厚朴酚可抑制H446细胞增殖。

| Abstract: | Aim To study the effects of magnolol on the proliferation of human small cell lung cancer cells H446.Methods:Cell viability was detected by MTT assay.Results :Magnolol inhibited H446 cells proliferaion in a concentration-and time-dependent manner.Conclusion:Magnolol inhibited the proliferation of H446 cells. |
