摘    要:目的:建立肿痛消喷雾剂中人参皂苷Rg1、三七皂苷R1的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:C18(200×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸(20:80:0.05);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:203nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在1.844—9.220μg范围内线性关系良好;三七皂苷R1在0.892—4.46μg范围内线性关系良好。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为肿痛消喷雾剂的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination ginsenoside Rgl and notoginsenoside R1 in Zhongtongxiao Spray. Method: The column was C18 (200 ×4.6mm,5μm) . The mobile phase was acetonitrile -water - phosphoric acid (20: 80 : 0. 05 ) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 203 nm. Results : Ginsenoside Rgl has a good linear between 1. 844 -9. 22μg and Notoginsenoside R1 has a good linear between 0. 892 -4. 46μg. Conclusion: The method is smiple and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of ginsenoside Rgl and Notoginsenoside RI in Zhongtongxiao Spray.
