尿毒症肺21例肺部X线分析

尿毒症易并发心力衰竭，肺也是受损的重要器官之一。常引起咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、呼吸困难，甚至呼吸衰竭死亡。尿毒症引起心力衰竭的报道很多，但对于肺部损害文献报道相对较少。笔者收集了1990—2008年按1997年北戴河肾脏病会议“尿毒症肺”的诊断标准确诊的21例尿毒症肺的肺部X线表现进行回顾分析，以进一步提高尿毒症所引起的肺部损害的X线影像征象的认识，为临床治疗尿毒症提供更充分的依据，尽早防止心力衰竭的发生。
