基层医院重复使用物品与器械清洗消毒方法的研究

目的：探讨重复使用物品器械清洗消毒时间及效果。方法：依照《医院消毒供应中心》三部强制性卫生行业标准,对清洗后物品、器械采用湿热（煮沸）消毒法、酒精浸泡消毒法,并对其进行消毒时间、效果、成本的分析。结果：采用酒精浸泡消毒法与湿热（煮沸）消毒法,通过几个不同温度（浓度）、消毒时间点消毒后的物品器械,采样细菌培养含菌量均为零。结论：酒精浸泡消毒法,消毒时间虽短些,但成本较高,配制与维持酒精浓度与清洁质量操作麻烦;而湿热（煮沸）消毒法消毒时间虽长些,但成本较低,操作方便。
