| 摘 要： | 肝移植受者术后出现精神心理异常可能是生物-心理-社会等综合因素影响下引起的中枢神经系统功能紊乱，影响肝移植受者生存质量并降低移植成功率。本文综述了肝移植受者并发精神心理异常的原因、症状识别和防治策略，期望有助于肝移植受者并发精神心理异常的早期识别和干预，以改善受者预后。
