摘    要:目的:探讨治疗小儿斜视适用且有效的手术方法。方法:189例8岁以下斜视患儿,全部应用显微技术施行斜视矫正术,对术后疼痛反应,结膜恢复状况,眼位情况进行观察,随访时间6~24mo。结果:169例(89.4%)术后第1d能自由睁开双眼,随意活动,表情自然安静;181例(95.8%)结膜复位良好,无明显伤口痕迹;术后1mo,173例(91.5%)结膜恢复正常;眼位满意者,近期(术后1wk内)170例(90.0%),远期(术后6wk)156例(82.5%)。无1例因结筋膜错位缝合或肌肉滑脱而再次手术。结论:小儿斜视,在显微技术下,注意无创操作,高质量缝合,能有效降低疼痛,防止肌肉粘连,减少术后并发症,保证眼部的美观。

Abstract:AIM: To explore the operating method that is applicable and effective for pediatric strabismus. ·METHODS: One hundred and eighty-nine children with strabismus, whose age was younger than eight, were applied with correction of strabismus by microtechnology operation. After the operation, the pain reaction, the recovery of the conjunctiva, and the deviation were evaluated. The following-up was for 6-24 months postoperatively. ·RESULTS: One hundred and sixty-nine cases (89.4%) could open their eyes freely and move their eyeballs easily with a peaceful expression on the first day of post-operation. One hundred and eight-one cases (95.8%) showed a well recovery of the conjunctiva location and had no evident scar of the incision. Within 1 month of post-operation, the conjunctivae recovered to normal in 173 cases(91.5%). Among the satisfied deviation cases, short term observation (in 1 week follow-up) of 170 cases (90.0%) and long term observation (in 6 weeks follow-up) of 156 cases(82.5%) , none of them had to undergo operation once again because of the dislocated suture of the conjunctiva or sliding out of muscle. ·CONCLUSION: The method of microtechnology operation to treat pediatric strabismus, if pay more attention to non-invasive operation and high-quality suture, can effectively decrease the pain reaction, avoid muscle adhesion, reduce postoperative complications and make the eyes beautiful to look at. ·
