网织红细胞在恶性肿瘤化疗前后的变化及临床意义

目的探讨采用网织红细胞监测恶性肿瘤患者化疗前、后骨髓造血功能恢复的临床价值。方法选取31例已确诊的术后化疗的恶性肿瘤患者,采用SysmexXE-2100全自动细胞分析仪对化疗过程中网织红细胞计数和分类进行动态监测。结果化疗后骨髓造血功能受到抑制,网织红细胞和未成熟网织红细胞指数从化疗或第3天开始出现明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),并于化疗后第14天开始出现回升,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),白细胞计数则于化疗后第6天出现明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),于化疗后第21天开始出现回升。结论网织红细胞以及未成熟网织红细胞指数可作为早期评价肿瘤患者化疗过程中骨髓抑制和恢复的较敏感指标。

Variation of reticulocytes in malignant tumor patients before and after chemotherapy and its clinical significance

Objective To detect the variation of reticulocytes in malignant tumor patients before and after chemotherapy and its clinical significance.Methods The reticulocytes were examined by automatic blood analyser Sysmex XE-2100 using the peripheral blood of 31 malignant tumor patients before and after chemotherapy.Results Bone marrow function was obviously suppressed after chemotherapy.On 3d after chemotherapy,the reticulocytes count and immature reticulocyte fraction decreased gradually （P0.05）,on 14d it rebounded gradually as compared with that on 6d（P0.05）.While Reticulocyte count on 6d and 14d after chemotherapy decreased significantly（P0.05）,and on 21d it rebounded gradually.Conclusion Reticulocyte level and immature reticulocyte fraction can be used as the more sensitive indicator of bone marrow suppression and restoration in malignant tumor patients after chemotherapy.
