| Abstract: | We report a case of the development of Zoon's balanitis in an African-American man with human immunodeficiency virus. Photographs of the clinical and pathological lesion are presented. To our knowledge, this has not been recently reported in urologic studies. The clinicopathologic correlation is discussed. |
