| 摘 要： | 目的观察白芍总苷（TGP）联合甲氨蝶呤（MTX）及雷公藤多苷联合MTX治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的疗效及不良反应，为临床治疗类风湿关节炎探索合适的方法。方法将87例类风湿关节炎患者，分为TGP＋MTX联合治疗组和MTX＋雷公藤多苷联合治疗组，比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果TGP＋MTX联合治疗组和MTX＋雷公藤多苷联合治疗组疗效接近但不良反应有显著差异。结论TGP＋MTX联合和MTX＋雷公藤多苷联合治疗RA均具有协同作用，但TGP＋MTX联合治疗RA不良反应的发生率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To Observation the effect of TGP combined with MTX and tripterygium wilfordii of paeony（TWP） combined with MTX on rheumatism arthritis （RA） the curative effect and Untoward reaction, Explores the appropriate method for the clinical treatment rheumatism arthritis. Methods 87 patients were divided into TGP combined with MTX group and TWP combined with MTX group, Compared two groups of curative effects and Untoward reaction. Results TGP combined with MTX group and MTX combined witb TWP effect close But the Untoward reaction has the remarkable difference. Conclusion TGP combined with MTX and TWP combined with MTX have the synergistic effect, But TGP combined with MTX group have low adverse reaction. |
