| 摘 要： | 目的了解健康人群脂肪肝的患病率，探讨脂肪肝的影响因素。方法对1161例健康体检的结果进行分析，体检项目包括体格检查、代谢指标检验和肝脏B超检查。应用SPSS11．5软件进行统计分析。结果①1161例中脂肪肝患病率为22．05％，男性27．79％，女性12．44％。脂肪肝患病率随年龄增加而增高，60岁以前男性高于女性（P〈0．001），60岁以后患病率有所下降，但女性高于男性（P〉0．05）。②脂肪肝组除HDL-C外，年龄、BMI、腰围、舒张压、空腹血糖、TC、TG、LDL—C均显著高于非脂肪肝组（P〈0．001）。多因素分析显示，TG、腰围、空腹血糖、BMI、舒张压、LDL-C、年龄和性别等指标与脂肪肝密切相关。结论健康人群脂肪肝患病率高，男性高于女性，高脂血症、超重及肥胖、糖代谢紊乱、高血压、年龄、男性等为脂肪肝危险因素。
