家族性巨颌症和巨细胞肉芽肿临床病理学分析与比较研究

目的：比较家族性巨颌症（CBM）和颌骨巨细胞肉芽肿（CGCG）的临床病理学特征，确定二者的细胞生物学特性。方法：对12例CBM和24例CGCG进行临床资料分析、组织学观察及细胞测量学比较与统计学分析。结果：多数CBM有家族遗传史，发病年龄明显小于CGCG。组织病理学上表现为骨组织被纤维组织代替，多核巨细胞呈散在或灶性分布于纤维基质中，经比较二者多核巨细胞总面积平均值（FSA）、相对大小指数（RSI）、形态因子平均值及胞核平均个数等评价参数无统计学差别。结论：CBM和CGCG为两种不同的病变，二者细胞学特征具有相似性，需结合临床表现和X线特征进行疾病诊断。

Clinicopathologic Features and Cytometry Comparison Between Cherubism and Central Giant Cell Granuloma

Objective: To compare and evaluate the clinicopathologic features as well as cytological characteristics in lesions with cherubism(CBM) and central giant cell granuloma(CGCG).Methods: Clinical specimens were obtained from 12 cases of cherubism and 24 cases of central giant cell granuloma in jaws.Analysis on clinical data,histopathologic findings,and cytometric results were performed in all collected cases.Results: Most cases with CBM had an obvious familial tendency and the age of occurrence was less than that with CGCG.Replacement of the normal bone structure by proliferating fibrous tissue containing numerous giant cells was shown in the two lesions.There were no significant differences in the fractional surface area(FSA),relative size index(RSI),form factor and number of nuclei per giant cell between CBM and CGCG.Conclusion: CBM and CGCG have overlapping cytological features at histological level.The diagnosis should combine the clinical and radiological manifestations,besides the pathologic aspects of the respective disease.
