| 摘 要： | 目的；回顾性分析5例老年糖尿病人口服消渴丸后致低血糖昏迷死亡原因。方法：对5例老年糖尿病人空腹血糖，尿糖检测结果，临床应用消渴丸剂量，用法及口服消渴丸后出现不良反应的时间作一分析。结果：5例老年糖尿病患均在服药后的第7－13d出现低血糖昏迷死亡。结论：对老年糖尿病患应慎用消渴丸，严格掌握适应症，且必须在用药时密切观察病情变化。

| Abstract: | AIM: To analyze the relation of hypoglycemic coma and xiaoke pills. METHODS: The relation of hypoglycemic coma and xiaoke pills were analyzed retrospectively from the five cases of old patients. RESULTS: All the five old patients with diabetes died of hypoglycemic coma on the seventh day to the thirteenth day, after taking xiaoke pills. CONCLUSION: It must be cautious for xiaoke pills to treat diabetes in elderly patients. |
