中医药院校研究生医学实验综合技术课程的探索与实施

基于中医药院校研究生科研培养过程中存在的问题,我校提出跨学科视野下创建医学实验综合技术课程.该课程着重突出学科交叉性、先进性、实用性和研究性的理念,通过融合细胞生物学、组织胚胎学、病理生理学、药理学、生物化学和分子生物学等中西医结合基础课程,开设系列性综合实验,培养中医药院校研究生实验操作能力及创新思维和科研能力.因此,开设综合性实验技术课程,是培养高级中医药人才的良好教学平台.

Course of medical experimental synthesis technique for postgraduates in TCM universities and colleges

Upon the problems in training process of postgraduates＇ research capability in TCM universities and colleges, the paper proposed to create the course of medical experimental synthesis technique with interdisciplinary view. The course focus on the intersecting, advanced, available and academic features of different disciplines. Through integrating cytobiology, histoembryology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, biochemistry and molecular biology, a series of synthesis experiments has been offered for training experimental operation ability, innovative thinking and research capacity in students. Course of medical experimental synthesis technique will be a good teaching platform for training high-quality TCM talents.
