| 摘 要： | 本文随机应用对幽门螺旋菌(HP)有杀灭和无杀灭作用的治溃疡药物,治疗HP阳性消化性溃疡;同时,对19例已治愈的消化性溃疡患者进行随访。结果发现:HP感染与慢性活动性胃炎密切相关;但近期HP消失对单纯慢性炎症及溃疡的3周愈合率无明显影响。随访发现HP阳性患者的溃疡复发率明显高于HP阴性者。

| Abstract: | Patients with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive peptic ulcer were randomly treated with Hp-killing or Hp-nonkilling anti-ulcer drugs, and 19 patients with healed peptic ulcer were followed up to determine the relapse rate of peptic ulcer. It was found that there was a close relationship between Hp infection and the existence of active chronic gastritis, and the clearance of Hp infection could not alleviate the activity of chronic gastritis or influence the 3-week healing rate of peptic ulcer. The relapse rate of the Hp-positive ulcer patients was higher than those Hp-negative cases. |
