| 摘 要： | 目的：研究运用ＨＰＬＣ测定中成药中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量。方法：Ｃ１８椎 为色谱柱，０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸盐缓冲液（ＰＨ调节至７．０）／甲醇为流动相，检测工为２４６ｎｍ。结果：该方法可在较短时间内使种中成药中的补骨脂素、异补骨脂素得到较好分离，从而准确定量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in three Chinese traditional patent medicines.Methods:Using Shimadzu Shim pack CLC ODS column, 0.1mol/L phosphate buffer (adjusting 0.1mol/L Na 2HPO 4 to pH7.0 with 0.1mol/L H 3PO 4)/methanol as a mobile phase, absorbance detection wave length at 246nm.Results: The psoralen and isopsoralen in three Chinese traditional patent medicines were baseline separated and determined in a shorter analysis time. |
