摘    要:基因治疗药物已成为当今生物技术药物研发的重点,而腺病毒是目前临床基因治疗较常选用的载体系统。它们在发挥治疗作用的同时,亦会引起机体出现毒性反应。从腺病毒载体及相应药物引发的毒性反应,固有免疫及获得性免疫系统活化等方面对它们的毒性及其机制进行总结。

Abstract:Gene therapy drugs have become a key of exploitation for biotechnology-derived pharmaceuticals, and adenovirus vectors are common used to mediate gene therapy in clinic. They could induce toxicity reaction accompanied with their therapeutic effect simultaneously. This review will focus on the toxicity reaction and activation of innate and acquired immune system induced by adenovirus vectors and the related drugs to elucidate their toxicity and the related mechanism.
