高中生心理韧性与主观幸福感和心理健康的关系

目的探讨高中生心理韧性对主观幸福感、心理健康的作用机制,为高中生心理健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,对聊城市某普通高中高一至高三年级426名高中生进行问卷调查。结果高中生的心理韧性处于中等偏上水平,主观幸福感接近中等水平,心理健康存在轻度问题,主要表现为学习压力和情绪不平衡;高中生的心理韧性与主观幸福感存在显著正相关(P<0.01),与心理健康存在显著负相关(P<0.01),主观幸福感与心理健康之间负相关显著(P<0.01);高中生的心理韧性对主观幸福感具有显著正向预测作用,对心理健康具有显著负向预测作用;心理韧性通过主观幸福感的中介作用间接影响心理健康。结论高中生的心理韧性既直接影响主观幸福感和心理健康,又通过主观幸福感的中介作用间接影响心理健康。

Relationship model of senior high school students' resilience,subjective well-being and mental health
