| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期母婴分离对农村中学生身体和心理健康的影响,为改善早期母婴分离中学生的身心健康提供依据。方法采用自编式家庭一般情况问卷对宿州市某镇4所中学的学生进行调查,获得其家庭一般情况和因母亲外出打工导致的母婴分离情况,剔除有产后并发症的情况后将筛选出的中学生分成早期母婴分离组、非早期母婴分离组和正常对照组,运用"青少年亚健康多维评定问卷"对其进行身心健康的自我评价。结果早期、非早期母婴分离组中学生在亚健康各领域和维度评分均高于对照组中学生,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期、非早期母婴分离组中学生躯体、心理及身心亚健康检出率均高于对照组中学生,而三组间只在躯体和身心亚健康检出率上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母婴分离是中学生处于亚健康症状的一个高危因素,对其身心发育产生深远影响,故良好的母婴依恋是中学生身心健康发展的重要保证。
