| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨外科治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)的手术时机、手术适应证、手术方法及术后处理。②方法对经外科治疗高血压脑出血患113例临床资料进行回顾性分析。③结果术后恢复良好26例，中残53例，重残19例，植物生存7例，死亡8例。④结论采用规范化手术方法治疗高血压脑出血可以降低患的病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss surgical opportunity,surgical indication ,surgical method and postoperative management of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH). Methods Experience of 113 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage operated in our hospital since 2002 was retrospective analysis.Results 26 patients resume all right after operation,53 were middling deformity,19 grave deformity,7 persistent vegvtative state,8 death. Conclusion Standardise surgery method of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can decrease mortality . |
