中西医结合干热疗法治疗Ⅱ度烧伤

目的 探讨中西医结合干热疗法对烧伤的临床疗效。方法 将2000年1月～2001年12月共收治Ⅱ度烧伤123例随机地分为两组。对照组采用包扎疗法及湿润烧伤膏疗法。治疗组采用中西医结合干热疗法。结果 在创面感染方面,对照组两种治疗方法的感染率分别为43.5％和59.7％,而治疗组仅为1.58％。创面平均愈合时间对照组分别为16.5天和17天,治疗组是12天。住院平均费用对照组分别为 5 260元和 7 230元,而治疗组是4 250元。结论 中西医结合干热疗法治疗Ⅱ度烧伤具有创面愈合时间短,住院费用少及创面感染率低等优点,有临床实用价值。

Clinical research on the dry-heat therapy of combination of Chinese traditonal and Western medicine for treating second-degree burns

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy on the dry-heat therapy of combination of Chinese traditonal and Western medicine for treatment of the burns. Methods From January 2000 to December 2001, 123 cases with second-degree burns were divided into 2 groups randomly (namely control group and therapeutie group) . Results Among the control group, the wound infection rate was 43. 5% and 59. 7% respectively. However, the therapeutie group was only 1. 58%. In the average healing time of control group was 16. 5 days and 17 days re-spectively, and the therapeutie group was 12 days. In the average hospitalization cost, the control group was 5 260 Yuan and 7 230 Yuan respectively, and therapeutie group was 4 250 Yuan. Conclusion The dry-heat therapy of the combination of Chinese traditonal and Western medicine, which it posses advantage as follow: A shorter healing time of the wound, cheaper hospitalization cost and a lower infection rate of the wound. It is worthy to use clinically.
