摘    要:目的进一步探讨具有相同治疗效果但可以降低大剂量氨甲喋呤治疗小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)毒副作用的方法。方法对2003年1月至2005年12月收治儿童ALL共31例次HD-MTX治疗采用双通路24h持续水化、碱化为观察组,1998年10月~2002年12月收治儿童ALL共25例次HD-MTX治疗采用全国标准方案为治疗组,观察两组毒副作用的发生率和严重程度以及治疗效果。结果两组毒副作用的发生率和严重程度有显著性差异。结论观察组采用双通路24h持续水化、碱化的毒副作用的发生率和严重程度均明显低于治疗组,值得在基层医院应用及推广。

Abstract:Objective:To study the ways to further reduce the toxic side-effects of the HD-MTX in the treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia with the same efficacy.Methods:The patients were divided into two groups:the testing group with 24-hour continuous hydration and alkalization and the treatment group with standard treatment.Monitor the occurrence of the toxic side-effects.Results: The results showed :comparing the above toxic side-effects occurred in both groups.Conclusion:It shows the testing group with 24-hour continuous hydration and alkalization has greater advantage than that in the treatment group in reducing the toxic side-effects.
