纳洛酮联合奥扎格雷钠治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效观察

目的观察纳洛酮联合奥扎格雷钠治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法椎基底动脉供血不足患者90例，随机分为对照组、观察组，每组45例。对照组给予奥扎格雷钠80mg·d^-1静滴，观察组在此基础上加用纳洛酮2mg·d-^1静滴，10d为1疗程。比较2组疗效。结果观察组和对照组比较疗效有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论纳洛酮联合奥扎格雷钠治疗椎基底动脉供血不足安全有效。

Efficacy of naloxone combined with ozagrel therapy for vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency

Objective To evaluate the effect of naloxone combined with ozagrel treatment for vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency. Methods Ninty patients were randomly divided into a research group and a control group （45 in each）. The control group was treated with 80 mg ozagrel ivgtt each day, while the research group was treated with 80 mg ozagrel plus naloxone 2 mg ivgtt each day. After 10 days the efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Results Efficacy between the research group and the control group was signifficant （P〈0. 05） Conclusion Naloxone combined with ozagrel treatment for vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency is safe and effective.
