对384例门诊患者伤口感染危险评估与处理的效果分析

目的 探讨门诊患者伤口处理中感染风险管理的对策.方法 按入选标准和剔除标准入选384例患者.采用询问、全身评估、伤口评估和诊断性检查的方法,评估患者存在和潜在的感染危险因素,根据是否存在自身感染危险因素将其分为高危组和非高危组.从制度管理、流程和过程管理、环境管理3方面采取对策,监测伤口感染率和治愈率.结果 清洁伤口67例无1例感染,高危组和非高危组污染伤口感染率分别为2.59%、2.13%;清洁伤口治愈率为100.00%;污染伤口高危组愈合率为96.67%、非高危组愈合率为97.87%,差异无统计学意义.结论 感染风险管理对策降低了门诊患者伤口处理中的感染率,提高了治愈率.
