摘    要:目的评价《大学生生殖健康教育》课程教学效果,研究“讲授+活动+咨询”参与式教学模式的可行性和有效性。方法在我校开设《大学生生殖健康教育》选修课,共有489名学生选修,对教育前后大学生知识、态度、行为的变化进行评估。结果教育后,大学生生殖健康知识回答正确率由45.2%,提高到77.7%。生殖健康相关态度和行为也有了明显的正向改变,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在综合性大学开设大学生生殖健康教育课程是必要的,“讲授+活动+咨询”参与式教学模式是有效且可行的。

Abstract:Objective To estimate the teaching effect of college students' reproductive health course,and to study the feasibility and validity of the teaching pattern of teaching,exercise,and consultation.Methods The optional course of college students' reproductive health course was offered by Jishou University.Totally 489 students were investigated and evaluated their reproductive health knowledge,attitude,and behavior before and after attending the course.Results After being educated,the correct answer rate of the college student was from 45.2% up to 77.7%.Correlative attitude and behavior of reproductive health improved significantly,there showed statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions It is necessary to offer reproductive health course in comprehensive universities,and the teaching pattern of teaching,exercise,and consultation is also effective and feasible.
