手术治疗牙龈瘤(附78例疗效观察)

目的　观察应用牙周外科手术治疗牙龈瘤的临床疗效。方法　在牙周病治疗的基础上 ,将瘤体彻底切除 ,对病变周围骨组织和牙周组织进行修整 ,保留患牙的手术方法。结果　经术后 3年随访 ,76例患者牙龈无炎症 ,X线片示骨质吸收静止 ,硬骨板恢复 ,骨密度略有增加 ,75例患牙稳固 ,总有效率为 97%。结论　对较小的瘤体 (直径 <2cm) ,经过牙周外科手术治疗 ,疗效满意。可广泛应用于临床。

Curative Observation of Periodental Operation for 78 Cases Gingival Tumor

Objective To observe the curative effect of gingival tumor with periodental operation. Methods On the bases of treatment of periodental disease, the tumor was removed and periodenral bone and soft tissue were repaired to reserve the lesion teeth. Results After 3 years follow-up, 76 cases had no gum inflammation, bone absorption stopped, osseous lamella restored, bone density increased and teeth stable with total effective rate 97%. Conclusion The small tumor (less than 2cm) should removed with operation and could reach good effect and use in clinic.
