激励化管理应对精神科护士职业倦怠的研究

摘    要:目的探讨激励化管理应对精神科护士职业倦怠的效果。方法将8个精神科病区99名护士分为观察组4个病区49名护士和对照组4个病区50名护士,对照组应用精神科传统管理,观察组应用激励化管理;采用Maslach职业倦怠量表,评价激励化管理对精神科护士职业倦怠的影响。结果激励化管理后护士职业倦怠中情绪衰竭、去人格化评分降低,与对照组比较有统计学意义,两组个人成就感分值比较差异无统计学意义。结论激励化管理可降低精神科护士职业倦怠的发生率。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of incentive management applied in job burnout for psychiatric nurses. Method Divide 99 psychiatric nurses into observation group (49 nurses in 4 units) and control group (50 nurses in 4 u- nits). Nurses in control group receive routine management. Nurses in observation group receive incentive management. As- sess the effect of incentive management on job burnout for psychiatric nurses by Maslach job burnout scale. Result Emo- tional exhaustion and de--personification score in nurses' job burnout after incentive management decreases. The difference is significant. There is no significant difference on the score of personal accomplishment between the two groups. Conclusion Incentive management can reduce the rate of job burnout for psychiatric nurses.
