牛磺酸对阿霉素损伤兔心肌的保护作用

摘    要:目的 探讨治疗剂量阿霉素对兔心脏功能和心肌组织微量元素铁、镁含量的影响和牛磺酸对心肌的保护作用。方法 新西兰纯种兔 2 6只 ,随机分成对照组 (NS组 )、阿霉素 (ADR)组和ADR加牛磺酸 (Tau)组。ADR组 ,每周静注ADR 2mg kg ,共八次。ADR加Tau组除与ADR组一样 ,另在第三周开始每天喂牛磺酸 2 0 0mg kg。对照组仅静注生理盐水。兔于末次用药后 3周 ,测量心输出量 (CO)、颈动脉压 (BP)和心肌组织微量元素铁、镁的含量。结果 ADR组CO和BP均显著低于NS组 (P <0 0 1) ,Tau组BP显著低于NS组 (P <0 .0 1) ,CO与NS组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。对照组铁、镁含量显著高于ADR组 (P <0 .0 5;P <0 0 1)。Tau组铁含量显著高于ADR组 (P<0 0 5)而与对照组相近 (P >0 0 5)。结论 治疗剂量阿霉素会使心功能降低 ,牛磺酸对心脏具有保护作用而对心脏损伤的修补作用并不理想。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate influences of treated dose adriamycin (ADR) on heart function and trace element content of left ventricular tissue and protective effect of taurine (Tau) on rabbit myocardium. Methods The pure New Zealand rabbits were assigned randomly to adriamycin (ADR) group(n=9),control group(n=9) and ADR Tau group (n=8).Rabbits of ADR group received an injection of ADR (2mg/kg, i.v.) once a week.For 8 weeks of experiment, rabbits of control group were similarly injected with saline.Rabbits of ADR Tau group received an injection of ADR (2 mg/kg.i.v.) once a week and from the third week the rabbits received Tau(200mg/kg, per os) once a day. Heart rate (HR),cardiac output (CO), blood pressure (BP),ferrum(Fe) and magnesium(Mg) of left ventricular tissue were examined 3 weeks after last time of injection. Results CO and BP were significantly decreased in the ADR group compared with the control group (P<0.01). BP was significantly decreased in the ADR tau group compared with the control group(P<0.01). The content of Fe and Mg in control group was significantly higher than that of ADR group (P<0.05,P<0.01).The Fe content of ADR group was significantly lower than that of taurine-treated group (P<0.05). Conclusion Heart function is decreased by treated-dose ADR injection. Tau would play a protective role on rabbit myocardium.
