人肺腺癌细胞系AGZY-83A敏感药物体外检测

摘    要:采用微量核酸前体掺入试验(MINI-Assay)对人肺腺癌细胞系AGZY-83A进行七种抗癌剂的敏感性检测。结果显示:丝裂霉素(MMC)、阿霉素(ADM)、甲氨蝶呤(MTX)及5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)对受试的人肺腺癌细胞有较明显的抑制作用,抑制率分别为95%、92%、87%及63%。

Abstract:Effects of 7 anticancer drugs on human lung adenocarcinoma cell lineAGZY-83A was detected with miniaturized nucleic acid precursor incorpor-ation (MINI-Assay) in the study.The results showed that Mitomycin C(MMC),Adriamycin (ADM), Methotrexate (MTX), and 5-Fluouracil (5-Fu) inhibitedthe growth of human adenocarcinoma of the lung AGZY-83A cells distinctly,and inhibition rates were 95%, 92%, 87% and 63% respectively.
