广东省广州市大学生艾滋病知识、态度及行为调查

目的了解广州市大学生艾滋病知识、态度和行为现状，为学校艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷，随机整群抽取广州市2所院校315名大学生进行匿名白填式问卷调查。结果被调查大学生的艾滋病相关知识知晓率为73．33％；对“肛交和阴道性交感染艾滋病的风险是否相同”的知晓率为41．85％，对“蚊虫叮咬是否会传播艾滋病”的知晓率为65．18％，对“女性在性行为后阴道冲洗是否可以预防艾滋病”的知晓率为47．77％，对“性交过程中是否可以把唾液涂抹到安全套上当润滑剂”的知晓率为12．10％；在各类艾滋病知识得分上，医学类院校高于非医学类院校，男性高于女性，不同年级间的安全套知识得分有统计学差异；98．10％的被调查者认为应该给予艾滋病感染者或病人更多的关心和帮助，9．48％的被调查者有过性行为。结论大学生对艾滋病知识的掌握较欠缺，对待艾滋病病人的态度和行为总体上是端正的。

Survey on the knowledge, attitude and practice of HIV/AIDS among university students in Guangzhou City,Guangdong Province

Objective To understand the university students＇ knowledge, attitude and practice of HIV/AIDS, and to provide scientific evidence for school health education on AIDS prevention. Methods With cluster sampling method, 315 students were selected from two universities in Guangzhou City to undergo an anonymous survey. Results The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was just 73.33% among the＇participants. 41.85%, 65.18%, 47.77% and 12. 10% of the participants knew ＂Whether the risk of infecting AIDS by anal intercourse was the same as that by vaginal intercourse＂, ＂Whether mosquito bites could transmit AIDS＂, ＂Whether veginal douching after sexual behaviors could prevent AIDS＂, and ＂Whether saliva could be smeared on condom as a lubricant during sexual intercourse＂, respectively. The AIDS knowledge score of medical students was higher than that of non-medical students, and the male＇ s score was higher than the female＇ s. There were statistical significances in the condom knowledge scores among different grades. 98.10% of the students thought AIDS patients should be given more care and help, and 9.48% of them had sexual behav- iors. Conclusion The awareness of AIDS related knowledge among the students is not high, but their attitude and behavior towards AIDS patients is fair.
