| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不育患者心理健康状况。方法：采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)对15例男性不育患者和31例女性不育患者进行心理健康评价，并与全国常模进行比较。结果：与正常群体进行比较，SCL-90各项指标均是不育患者得分增高，大多数项目有统计显著性。结论：不育患者存在明显的心理问题，有必要对患者进行心理干预。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the mental health state of the infertile patients. Method:The 15 male patients with infertile and 31 female patients with infertile were evaluated by symptom checklist 90(SCL 90),and contrasting with the norm of SCL 90 in China. Results:To contrast the scores of SCL 90 in normal people,the most item scores of SCL 90 of the infertile patients were significantly higher. Conclusion: The infertile patients have significantly more mental blocks. It is necessary that clinicians give psychological support to infertile patient. |
